3 - Week Keto Diet Plan Journey

 A ketogenic diet is a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet that is designed to help you burn fat for

fuel. Here is a sample keto diet plan:

Breakfast:

2 eggs cooked in coconut oil or butter

1/2 avocado

2 slices of bacon

Snack:

Handful of macadamia nuts or almonds

Lunch:

Grilled chicken breast or salmon

Spinach salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing

1/4 cup of shredded cheese

Snack:

Celery sticks with almond butter

Dinner:

Grilled steak or roasted pork chops

Steamed broccoli with butter or cheese

1/2 cup of cauliflower rice
