What to eat to stay fit and healthy

A healthy eating plan differs from person to person according to their age, gender and their desire to lose weight. Count calories – First, you have to count how many calories you need to reach to a healthy body. If you have an overweight body than you have to burn off more calories than you eat until you reach to your desired weight loss goal.
