Our body requires food to work and a balanced mixture of different foods help in smooth running of the body. Healthy foods not only help in proper growth of body but also improve functions and protects from sickness. Every person whether a child or an adult requires healthy eating habits to live a better as well as longer life. However, most of people know the importance of healthy eating habits but only a few people tend to follow them in their daily life.

Proper nutrients are extremely necessary for the proper growth as well as proper functioning of the body. In lack of proper nutrients, body becomes vulnerable to disease causing bacteria and viruses. Proper food provides the energy required for the both mental and physical activities.

Generally, increase fat level results in obesity and person has to face many kinds of health related problems like heart disease, diabetes, cancer and many others. ·         You should always avoid having high calorie foods especially fast foods. As, these may lead to an imbalance in the body. 

·         Water is very helpful in flushing the waste products and toxins from the system and keeps it hydrated. Therefore, drinking water as much as possible is a must for every person. Every person should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day.

·         Along with healthy diet, it is also necessary to exercise regularly. Physical activities are very helpful to keep body healthy for a longer time.
